Entry Level Wine Bottle Labelling System With Dual Dispensing Stations

Another new machine leaving our Sydney head office today and headed for California. This type of machine is our most entry level "semi-standardised" system targeted at the wine market. It includes a neat feedscrew infeed drive system and vacuumised wrap belt product handling solution for super accurate label transit onto the bottle.

The video was taken during pre-delivery testing by our Quality Control team and shows two labels being dispensed from separate label webs right over the top of each other, the aim being to show the accuracy of each dispense across several bottles.

The results?

An incredible degree of accuracy!

And yes, this is our entry-level machine. Individual label spacing and end-to-end label gap are also adjustable in increments of 0.1mm from the intuitive user touchscreen interface
