Five Days. Five Machines.

Wow! Five projects dispatched in five days to various parts of the country.

The first photo being a special honey labelling system which will be labelling square and hex jars, as well as elliptical and flat squeeze bottles, and round jars, all in either plastic or glass. Congratulations Jack Stone at Be One Third and the whole team at Hampson Honey.

The second photo is a machine is destined for Brink Drinks in Victoria where Brett Carey and his team are eagerly awaiting the addition into their new bottling line.

And the third photo is one of two pharmaceutical vial labelling systems for a Sydney based company. The system including batch and date coding, print inspection analysis, and label position measuring system to within 0.5mm accuracy. Any faulty products are automatically rejected and the reject is confirmed as having exited the system.

We would especially like to thank Ben Badger at Badger Logistics, who ensured the smooth transport of all these machines. Badger Logistics handle the majority of our shipping needs and we couldn’t be happier with them.

Next week we look forward to a full week of FAT’s(Factory Acceptance Testing) with three more projects ready for dispatch.

Let us know if we can help your business with reliable and robust labelling and quality inspection systems.
