“Impresstik Solved our problem!
I had an urgent need to get bottles for hand sanitiser pre-labelled. I was looking for a quick build or a new machine from stock... so was everyone else at the time. The task also wasn’t easy... the bottles were small, unstable (tall and narrow), empty and suffered from static electricity from the box.
Tony (I would say is a subject matter expert) and his team are no fuss. They found a recently decommissioned Impresstik contract labelling machine and reconfigured it for our bottle by running trials on labels and bottles we sent to them. The machine is properly adjustable with numbered and precision adjustments in all the right places.
The machine came to the site and I put it together on Friday, ran electrics and pneumatics in on Saturday, in preparation for their commissioning team on Monday. The machine worked right out of the box. The vacuum belt blower failed early on Monday... they had a replacement blower ready from Sydney to Melbourne the next day and they installed it. They trained our maintenance team and the labeller has been running now for months without issue. Problem solved. They made me look good!

“We purchase an Impresstik machine in 2019 and found it to be a fantastic machine.
Simple to use and extremely reliable and accurate with the label positioning. As with all labelling machines, there are always teething problems with lack of operator knowledge and machine issues but the guys from Impresstik sorted everything out immediately. As we are in Melbourne and Impresstik are in Sydney, my concern was support but again they handle every question we had straight away and even put people on planes to come to us. My concerns for support were put to bed very quickly and now they have Melbourne based support which is even better.
Cannot recommend these machine and the company highly enough.
