Our Process
Impresstik Labelling Systems strives to simplify the custom labelling machinery process from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect when you work with our friendly and professional team.
Stage 1: Discovery
Fill in our online form to let us know what you have in mind. Our team will then be in touch to determine the finer details and requirements of your new labelling system, before providing an accurate and fixed cost quote. Want to pick up the phone instead? Simply give us a call and we’d be happy to visit your site. We will then assist with gathering samples, if required, and develop line layouts to suit your site. Our team will work with you personally and get to know your exact needs so we can tailor our labelling machinery to your own product and production line.
Stage 2: Design + Build
Once we’ve discovered the scope of your project, an in-house design engineer expert will provide a layout of your machine in your production line. The timing of the design will vary depending on the complexity of the labelling solution you require. Once you give the final design your approval, we will then begin building your custom labelling machine. Pre-FAT testing and final FAT sign off will occur before your brand-new labelling machine is dispatched and delivered straight to you.
Stage 3: Delivery + Follow Up
Once you receive your custom labelling machinery, our team will work with you to ensure it is smoothly integrated with your production line. Our diligence and dedication to your individual project during the discovery, design, and build stages ensures your labelling technology is turn-key and fit for purpose as soon as it arrives. We also offer ongoing customer service and support, building a long-lasting relationship with our clients. We’re always on call should you require any assistance.
